This a quite a commitment from the company. According to the latest ValueLine, they are gearing up for another acquisition, and this time it is of a supply-chain management and inventory logistics solutions company. So, this senior notes offering should be in preparation for that to occur. Also, they have benefited from more orders coming from Chinese airline companies.
